En-suite Bathroom Conversion
Toucan Property Maintenance team have been working on a Bathroom Conversion at a residential property in Sheffield. Our team are specialists in property maintenance and renovation in the South Yorkshire area including Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster.
We have transformed an unused garage into a modern en-suite bathroom to accompany a downstairs bedroom of this family home.
In order to make this conversion possible, the garage flooring required complete tanking and waterproofing to protect the new room from external elements such as damp. The room then underwent a complete plastering before tiling and decoration could be added to suit the homeowner’s requirements.
