Sheffield Loft Conversion
Toucan Property Maintenance have recently completed a recent loft conversion in Sheffield at a family home. This has extended the living space available in the home to add another bedroom to the property and will increase it’s value in the long term.
To access the loft conversion a spiral staircase has been installed to maximise space saving both on the landing and the new attic room.
The new room has been fully insulated, the ceiling and walls have been boarded and plastered along with electric cabling to provide power sockets throughout. The bedroom has then been decorated and carpeted to a high standard as can be seen in the photo.
